Job summary

Broadway Ventures is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead CMS-related federal deliveries in a fully remote environment. You will manage audit, compliance, risk oversight, and interfacing with CORs and project leadership across CMS, HHS, and DoD contracts.

You will coordinate distributed teams, develop Integrated Master Schedules, PM Plans, QA/QC plans, and oversee status meetings to ensure on-time deliverables across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in government contracting, healthcare, or IT services.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, risk management, earned value reporting, and integrated master scheduling.
• Experience with CMS/HHS/DoD contracting terminology and CPARS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team on project deliverables.
• Provide monthly progress reports to the COR and quarterly executive briefings.
• Develop Integrated Master Schedules, PM Plans, Risk and QA/QC plans for contracts.
• Conduct regular status meetings with government stakeholders across time zones.
• Oversee deliverable reviews, invoices, and performance monitoring.
