Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC seeks a Program Manager for a Federal Financial / Regulatory Service program. This remote role focuses on delivering complex digital services for government stakeholders, coordinating across delivery, technical, and leadership teams to ensure contractual, technical, and financial objectives are met.

You will partner with government agencies, manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and risk, while promoting Agile practices and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing complex technology programs.
• MRPT clearance required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery and operational health of a complex federal technology program.
• Serve as primary partner for government stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risks, and contractual commitments.
• Maintain program reporting, milestones, and customer communications.
• Foster delivery excellence and continuous improvement across teams.
