Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC seeks a Program Manager for Federal Financial/Regulatory Service to lead complex digital government programs with cross-functional teams. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and customer expectations, working with government stakeholders in a remote, nationwide setting.

You bring 7+ years of program management experience, strong Agile practice, and the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders. A MRPT clearance is required to support sensitive government initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required and 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• 4+ years of experience directly managing complex technology programs
• Experience managing multidisciplinary technical and delivery teams across multiple projects
• Experience managing program scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risk, and contractual deliverables
• Must hold or recently held MRPT clearance or higher-level federal clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery and operational health of a complex federal technology program across multiple projects and workstreams
• Serve as primary point of contact for government program leadership, sponsors, contracting stakeholders, and technical representatives
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and reliable delivery
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across software engineering, product, design, project management and other functions
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risks, dependencies, and contractual commitments
• Establish and maintain delivery processes for predictable execution and continuous improvement
• Facilitate program reviews, planning sessions, and status meetings with customers and internal teams
• Identify and drive resolution of program risks and delivery challenges
• Communicate changes to scope, schedule, staffing, or delivery expectations to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate program reporting and visibility into milestones and commitments
• Oversee program financial performance in partnership with company leadership
• Mentor cross-functional team members and support hiring and onboarding
• Partner with leadership to ensure teams have necessary skills and resources
• Foster collaborative and accountable team environment focused on delivery excellence
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and expanded customer support
• Contribute to recompete and proposal activities with program knowledge and context
• Support transition planning during periods of contract or staffing changes
