Job summary

Broadway Ventures is hiring a Project Manager to lead federal project delivery for CMS, HHS, and DoD clients in a fully remote model. You will manage audit, compliance, and performance oversight engagements with distributed teams and high visibility to senior federal leadership.

You will serve as the interface with CORs and project leadership, ensuring schedule integrity, risk management, and quality control across contracts in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, government contracting preferred.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS terms and CPARS reporting.
• Ability to obtain required security clearance or public trust.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team on project deliverables.
• Provide monthly progress reports to CORs and quarterly briefings.
• Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules and risk/quality plans.
• Conduct regular status meetings with government stakeholders.
• Oversee deliverable reviews, invoicing, and performance across time zones.
• Coordinate with COs, CORs, and agency leadership on daily execution.
