Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-site implementation efforts for federal customers. You will own planning and execution of phased deployments across sites, coordinating stakeholders and driving projects from setup to go-live.

The role requires 5–8 years of project management experience, ability to work across government and contractor environments, and strong communication skills. This is a fully remote position within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-8 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing multi-site or multi-phase deployments.
• Ability to work across government and contractor environments.
• Strong issue triage and vendor management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and defining roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage phased rollouts across sites or business units.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare configuration data.
• Track schedules and dependencies to meet deadlines.
• Validate readiness with local teams before go-live.
• Communicate across distributed teams and escalate as needed.
