Job summary

Red River is seeking a senior IT sales professional to drive revenue across the DOE IT marketplace. You will own account plans, manage government relationships, and coordinate strategic sales activities for cloud, professional and managed services.

This is a remote role with up to 100% field activities. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $175,000 USD annually, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years IT sales experience
• Mid-level OEM certifications preferred
• College or associate degree preferred
• Experience selling to government agencies an asset
• Strong account planning and strategy development abilities

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable revenue growth in assigned territory.
• Manage a dedicated sales territory comprised of government agencies.
• Develop insight into industry trends for cloud computing and financing options.
• Demonstrate consultative sales approach with federal or commercial customers.
• Build and manage pipeline, forecast opportunities, and generate demand.
