Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Remote Application Systems Analyst with FACS ARM software expertise to optimize business processes and support critical systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data workflows, ensure security, and deliver reliable technology solutions from a home office. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in application support or systems analysis, strong problem-solving skills, and working knowledge of FDCPA/FCRA regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in application support or systems analysis.
• Experience with IT principles and data protection best practices.
• FACS platform knowledge including Enable, Report Writer, Event Tactics and Logic Blocks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for internal users and clients and resolve issues.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions.
• Monitor and maintain business applications, interfaces, and data workflows.
• Analyze system performance and implement corrective solutions.
• Document processes, procedures, and user instructions for compliance.
• Coordinate timely delivery of client data files and outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
