Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Remote Application Systems Analyst with expertise in FACS ARM software to join our innovative technology team.

You will provide technical support, manage access, monitor and optimize business applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support development initiatives. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in application support, systems analysis, IT, or related field.
• High school diploma required; technical education or certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with the FACS platform, including Enable, Report Writer, Event Tactics, and Logic Blocks preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), CEH, CISSP, or CISM preferred.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCCPA, and FCRA regulations preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve application, system, and communication issues for internal users and clients.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions to maintain data confidentiality and system integrity.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications, interfaces, and data processing workflows.
• Analyze system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective solutions.
• Document business processes, technical procedures, system changes, and user instructions.
• Coordinate the timely processing and delivery of client data files and system-generated deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and support application development initiatives.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business information systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor system access points and report potential security risks or compliance concerns.
• Assist with client onboarding, user training, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, clients, vendors, and industry partners while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Manage competing priorities and ensure assignments are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
