Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Remote Application Systems Analyst to enhance our business information systems. The role focuses on supporting FACS ARM software, ensuring reliable data processing, and enabling secure access for internal users and clients.

You will troubleshoot, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficiencies and improvements while maintaining high service levels in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in application support or systems analysis.
• FACS platform experience preferred (Enable, Report Writer, Event Tactics, Logic Blocks).
• Knowledge of FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCPCA and FCRA regulations preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), CEH, CISSP, or CISM preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve issues for internal users and clients.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions to maintain data confidentiality and system integrity.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications, interfaces, and data processing workflows.
• Analyze system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective solutions.
• Document processes, procedures, system changes, and user instructions.
• Coordinate processing and delivery of client data files and system-generated deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support development initiatives.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business information systems.
