BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Remote Application Systems Analyst to join our technology team. The role focuses on supporting FACS ARM software and delivering secure, reliable, and efficient business solutions.

You will analyze systems, optimize processes, manage access and security, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve applications and data workflows. This position offers a fully remote environment with competitive benefits.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in application support, systems analysis, or IT related field.
• High school diploma required; technical education or certifications a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with the FACS platform including Enable, Report Writer, Event Tactics, and Logic Blocks preferred.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCCPA, and FCRA regulations preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support for internal users and clients and resolve application, system, and communication issues.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions to protect data confidentiality and integrity.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications, interfaces, and data workflows.
• Analyze system performance and implement corrective solutions.
• Document processes, procedures, system changes, and user instructions.
