Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Remote Application Systems Analyst with strong FACS ARM software expertise.

This role focuses on supporting critical applications, data, and technology infrastructure while optimizing processes and ensuring reliability for internal users and clients. The ideal candidate will analyze performance, manage access, document procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and data integrity in a fully remote

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in application support, systems analysis, IT, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with the FACS platform including Enable, Report Writer, Event Tactics, and Logic Blocks preferred.
• Knowledge of application security, data protection, and relevant regulations (FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCCPA, FCRA) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve issues for internal users and clients.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications, interfaces, and data processing workflows.
• Analyze system performance and implement corrective solutions.
• Document processes, procedures, system changes, and user instructions.
• Coordinate processing and delivery of client data files and system-delivered outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support development initiatives.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business information systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Monitor system access points and report security risks or compliance concerns.
• Assist with client onboarding, user training, and knowledge transfer.
