Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Remote Application Systems Analyst with expertise in FACS ARM software to solve complex business challenges, optimize processes, and support critical application, data, and technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate will monitor performance, manage user access, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help implement, enhance, and maintain information systems while delivering excellent service in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in application support, systems analysis, or IT.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with the FACS platform, including Enable, Report Writer, Event Tactics, and Logic Blocks preferred.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCCPA, and FCRA regulations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for internal users and clients.
• Manage user accounts, access, and security permissions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications and data workflows.
• Analyze system performance and implement corrective solutions.
• Document processes, procedures, system changes, and user instructions.
• Coordinate processing and delivery of client data files and system outputs.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and improve processes.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of information systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Monitor system access and report security/compliance concerns.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer.
