Qualifications

3–5 years in application support or systems analysis.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience with the FACS platform components: Enable, Report Writer, Event Tactics, Logic Blocks.
Knowledge of FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCCPA, and FCRA preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and resolve application, system, and communication issues for internal users and clients.
Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions to maintain data confidentiality and system integrity.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications, interfaces, and data processing workflows.
Analyze system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective solutions.
Document business processes, technical procedures, system changes, and user instructions.
Coordinate timely processing and delivery of client data files and system-generated deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support development initiatives.
Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business information systems.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend efficient solutions.
Monitor system access points and report security risks or compliance concerns.
Assist with client onboarding, user training, and knowledge transfer.
