Job summary

The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist for a remote role. You will manage exhibit fulfillment, floor plans, badges, and logistics across global expos, while collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize exhibitor success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• 2–3 years marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Strong Salesforce or similar CRM knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours across time zones.
• IAEE CEM certification preferred but not required.
• Salesforce certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee exhibit deliverables for all events and keep exhibitor contacts updated.
• Manage expo floor plans and show mapping system updates.
• Coordinate approval process for expo badges and supplier paperwork.
• Develop exhibitor service manual, prospectus, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with contractors on floor logistics and signage.
• Assist with housing and registration deadlines with the meetings team.
• Guide exhibitors through Appointment tool usage and communications.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out and exhibit operations with internal and external teams.
• Drive incremental expo revenue by upselling opportunities.
• Create and track invoices in Salesforce and ExpoFP; coordinate collections with Finance.
