Job summary

Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist for a remote role. You will manage exhibit fulfillment for global events, collaborate with sales, marketing and operations, and ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.

The position calls for 2–3 years in marketing or sales operations, strong CRM and exhibit software skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Strong working knowledge of ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Strong working knowledge of Cvent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with strong written and oral communication.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of remote, independent work.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for exhibit deliverables for all events, partnering with the sales operation fulfillment team.
• Respond to exhibitor requests, agreements and invoices; generate reports.
• Execute fulfillment process after booth sale; email confirmations with deadlines; manage codes and floor plan updates.
• Maintain expo database and exhibitor contacts; update floor plans on website.
• Track expo badges and approvals; review forms for accuracy.
• Collaborate on exhibitor service manuals, prospectus, and marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain floor plans for global expos; coordinate with service contractors.
• Coordinate housing and registration with meetings; guide exhibitors through Appointment tools.
• Assist with booth design requests; support priority points and expo selection details.
• Coordinate exhibitor move-in/move-out and on-site needs; partner with internal/external teams.
• Identify opportunities to upsell expo opportunities and manage turnkey add-ons.
