Job summary

Global Business Travel Association is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist for a remote role. You will manage exhibit fulfillment, floor plans, and attendee services across GBTA’s global expos.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to produce exhibitor materials, approve badges, and coordinate logistics, including housing and registration timelines. This role requires adaptability to time zones and strong CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• 2–3 years in marketing, sales operations, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee exhibit deliverables for all events and coordinate with sales operations fulfillment.
• Maintain expo database and update exhibitor contacts and floor plans on the website.
• Manage approvals for expo badges and event mapping system.
• Collaborate on creating and updating exhibitor service manuals, prospectuses, and marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain floor plans with the show mapping system and coordinate with contractors.
• Assist housing and registration processes and deadlines with meetings team.
• Guide exhibitors through Appointment tool usage and communications.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out and expo logistics with internal and external teams.
• Identify upsell opportunities to generate incremental expo revenue and manage add-on process.
• Create invoices from Salesforce and ExpoFP; support accounts receivable with Finance/Sales.
