Job summary

Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist for a remote role. You will manage exhibit fulfillment, collaborate across departments, and ensure smooth operation from booth design to on-site logistics for global expos.

Responsibilities include invoicing, database updates, floor plan maintenance, and developing exhibitor materials in coordination with marketing and events teams. Travel up to 15% may be required, with a remote-first work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• 2-3 years of marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Proficient with ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Knowledge of Cvent and MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented, highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Able to work remotely and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to accommodate varying hours for events across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee exhibit fulfillment for all events and coordinate with sales operations.
• Respond to exhibitor requests, agreements and invoices; generate reports.
• Update booth floor plans, expo database, and mapping systems.
• Collaborate on exhibitor service manuals, prospectus, and marketing materials.
• Assist with booth design processes while enforcing IAEE rules.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out and expo logistics with internal and external teams.
• Identify upsell opportunities to drive expo revenue, from selection to fulfillment.
