Job summary

Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist for a fully remote role. You will manage exhibit fulfillment, floor plans, badges, and lead-generation activities across multiple global expos.

Work with marketing, sales, and finance to produce service materials, manage housing and registration, and drive incremental revenue through upsells. Must be comfortable coordinating across time zones and with external contractors.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• Remote-friendly, able to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exhibit fulfillment for all events and maintain expo database records.
• Manage expo floor plans and show mapping, coordinating with contractors.
• Oversee approval of expo support badges and track via show mapping system.
• Collaborate on exhibitor service manual, prospectus, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate housing and registration with the meetings department.
• Assist exhibitors with Appointment tool usage and communications.
• Oversee move-in/move-out and expo logistics with internal and external teams.
• Identify upsell opportunities and manage turnkey booth add-ons.
• Create invoices from Salesforce and ExpoFP; manage invoicing and collections with Finance.
• Ensure invoices are tracked and reconciled with Sales.
