Job summary

Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist in a remote capacity to drive exhibit fulfillment and coordination for global events. You’ll partner with sales operations, fulfillment, and marketing to ensure accurate exhibitor communications and successful event delivery.

Responsibilities include managing exhibitor inquiries, invoicing, and floor plan updates while maintaining critical databases and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Expo mapping systems (ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad).
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Strong working knowledge of Cvent.
• MS Office Suite with PowerPoint proficiency.
• Detail oriented, highly organized, with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated, collaborative in a remote environment, capable of cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to work varying hours to accommodate events and global time zones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee exhibit fulfillment for all events and partners.
• Respond to exhibitor requests, agreements, and invoices.
• Coordinate confirmations, deadlines, and floor plans with the team.
• Maintain expo databases and update floor plans as needed.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out and on-site logistics with contractors.
• Identify upsell opportunities to drive incremental expo revenue.
