Job summary

Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist for a remote position. You will oversee exhibit fulfillment, coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Events teams, and maintain expo floor plans and logistics for global events.

You will manage badge approvals, invoice creation from Salesforce and ExpoFP, and help upsell expo opportunities while ensuring schedules and contractor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• 2–3 years marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Proficient with Salesforce and CRM tools.
• Proficient MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Ability to work remotely and adapt to global schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee exhibit deliverables for events and update expo floor plans.
• Manage expo booth support badges and approval processes.
• Collaborate on exhibitor manuals and marketing materials for global expos.
• Coordinate floor plans with service contractors and signage logistics.
• Assist housing, registration, and appointments with internal teams.
• Drive revenue by upselling expo opportunities and managing add-ons.
• Create invoices from Salesforce and ExpoFP; track and distribute invoices.
• Coordinate with Finance and Sales on outstanding invoices.
