Job summary

Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist for a remote role in the United States. You will manage exhibit fulfillment, respond to exhibitor needs, and coordinate floor plans and expo logistics for global events.

Responsibilities include collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure timely deliverables, maintaining exhibitor records, and driving revenue through upsell opportunities while supporting cross-team initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• 2-3 years marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Experience with ExpoFP, Map Your Show and Expocad.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Experience with Cvent and Microsoft Office; PowerPoint skills.
• Detail oriented with strong oral and written communication.
• Remote work capability and ability to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage exhibit deliverables for all events and coordinate with sales operation fulfillment.
• Respond to exhibitor requests, agreements, and invoices; generate reports.
• Oversee fulfillment process, floor plans, and expo mapping in systems.
• Collaborate on exhibitor service manuals, prospectuses, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out and integration with internal and external teams.
• Identify opportunities to upsell expo opportunities and drive revenue.
