Job summary

Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) seeks an Exhibit Operations Specialist for a remote role. You’ll manage exhibit fulfillment, invoicing, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external contractors.

Responsibilities include updating expo databases, developing floor plans, assisting with exhibitor communications, and driving incremental expo revenue while maintaining IAEE/compliance guidelines and event timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• 2-3 years marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Strong working knowledge of showing mapping systems such as ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Strong working knowledge of Cvent.
• Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to work varying hours to support events across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage exhibit deliverables for all events and support Sponsorship Fulfillment and back-up to Fulfillment team.
• Generate reports and respond to exhibitor requests, agreements and invoices.
• Execute the fulfillment process after a booth is sold, including confirmations and deadlines.
• Maintain expo database, floor plans, and show mapping system updates.
• Coordinate exhibitors move-in/move-out and operational requirements with internal and external teams.
• Identify and upsell additional expo opportunities to exhibitors to drive revenue.
