Job summary

GBTA is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist for a remote role. You will manage exhibit fulfillment, coordinate with Sales Operation, and support event deliverables globally.

Responsibilities include updating expo databases, generating reports, emailing exhibitor confirmations, and collaborating with marketing for manuals and floor plans. A proactive, detail-oriented candidate with CRM and event systems experience will thrive in our remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• 2-3 years of marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Strong working knowledge of showing mapping systems such as ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Strong working knowledge of Cvent and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint).
• Detail oriented, highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Remote work capability and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to work varied hours for events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee exhibit deliverables for all events and support the Fulfillment team.
• Respond to exhibitor requests, associate agreements and invoices, and generate reports.
• Manage booth sale fulfillments including confirmations, deadlines, and floor plans.
• Update and maintain expo database records and floor plans for global expos.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out and expo logistics with internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with marketing on exhibitor manuals, prospectus, and materials.
• Drive incremental exhibit revenue by upselling expo opportunities.
