Job summary

GBTA, the Global Business Travel Association, seeks a remote Exhibit Operations Specialist to support global events and exhibitor fulfillment. You will coordinate exhibit deliverables, respond to requests, and manage floor plans and databases.

The role collaborates with sales, marketing, and meetings teams to ensure smooth event operations. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in marketing or sales operations, strong CRM/system knowledge, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• 2-3 years marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of exhibition/meeting software and CRM systems.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Remote work capability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate exhibit deliverables for all events and partner with sales operations fulfillment.
• Respond to exhibitor requests, agreements and invoices; generate reports.
• Manage booth sales fulfillment, codes, and comp allotment; update expo floor plans.
• Maintain expo database records and update website floor plans as needed.
• Oversee approval processes for expo badges, mapping, and contractor paperwork.
• Collaborate with marketing and meetings teams on manuals, prospectus, and materials.
• Develop floor plans with show mapping system and liaise with service contractors.
• Coordinate housing, registration, and appointment tooling for exhibitors.
• Drive expo revenue by upselling opportunities and managing booth add-ons.
