Job summary

GBTA is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist to manage exhibit fulfillment for global events in a remote role. You will coordinate with Sales Ops, marketing, and events teams to ensure all exhibit deliverables are executed on time and within policies.

You will leverage ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad, Salesforce and Cvent to manage floor plans, exhibitor communications and invoicing. Strong organizational and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• 2-3 years in marketing, sales ops, or business development.
• Knowledge of expo mapping systems such as ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Experience with Cvent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee exhibit deliverables for all events and partner with sales ops on fulfillment.
• Respond to exhibitor requests, agreements and invoices and generate reports.
• Manage exhibit space assignments, deadlines, and confirmations with the events team.
• Maintain expo database records and update floor plans on the website.
• Coordinate booth support badges and approvals in show mapping system.
