Remote Exhibit Operations Lead — Events & Fulfillment

Zusammenfassung

GBTA is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist for a remote role. You will lead exhibit fulfillment for all events, coordinating with the sales operations team and internal departments to ensure timely deliverables and accurate exhibitor details.

Responsibilities include managing expo databases and floor plans, processing exhibitor agreements and invoices, and supporting the creation of manuals and marketing materials.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• 2–3 years marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Strong working knowledge of ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Strong working knowledge of Cvent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across teams.

Aufgaben

• Oversee exhibit fulfillment for all events in collaboration with the sales operation fulfillment team.
• Respond to exhibitor requests, exhibitor agreements and invoices, and generate reports.
• Maintain expo database and floor plans; update website as needed.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out and on-site requirements with internal teams and contractors.
• Drive incremental exhibit revenue by upselling expo opportunities.
• Manage invoicing in Salesforce and ExpoFP; track payments with Finance.
