Job summary

GBTA is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist who will manage exhibit fulfillment, invoicing, and database duties for global events. This remote role requires collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations to deliver flawless expo experiences.

You'll work with ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad, Salesforce, and Cvent to plan floor plans, track exhibitor needs, and drive incremental revenue while maintaining strong communication in a fast-paced, remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• 2–3 years marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Strong working knowledge of showing mapping systems ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage exhibit fulfillment for all events in collaboration with sales operation fulfillment and sponsorship teams.
• Respond to exhibitor requests, agreements, and invoices and generate reports.
• Execute fulfillment process from booth sale to confirmations, deadlines, and codes.
• Maintain expo database records and update floor plans and mapping as needed.
• Coordinate badges, approvals, and showroom logistics with cross-functional teams.
• Develop Exhibitor Prospectus and service manuals with marketing.
• Work with internal/external partners on floor plans, signage, and contractor paperwork.
• Assist housing, registration, and move-in/out coordination for events.
• Identify upsell opportunities to drive incremental expo revenue.
