Confidential High-GrowthCPGCompany seeks an exceptional EA/PA to become the trusted operational partner to the Co-Founder. This role blends executive partnership, project management, founder operations, and personal support into one highly trusted relationship.

The Co-Founder is entrepreneurial and strategic; you will bring clarity, prioritization, and execution, ensuring the founder can focus on high-impact work while operations move forward smoothly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years serving as a trusted partner to founders, CEOs, or senior executives in high-growth organizations.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Strong business judgment with the ability to anticipate needs and exercise discretion.
• Calm under pressure with hands-on partnership and follow-through.
• Willingness to travel regularly to support the founder.

Responsibilities

• Own the Co-Founder's calendar, ensuring priorities are sequenced and focus time protected.
• Serve as the primary gatekeeper for meetings, travel, and incoming priorities.
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel and engagements.
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and meeting prep.
• Capture actions, drive follow-up, and ensure commitments are completed.
• Manage communications across Slack, text, voice notes, and email.
• Synthesize ideas into clear priorities and actionable plans.
• Anticipate needs, remove friction, and solve problems proactively.
