• Anticipate priorities, flag conflicts, and protect executive focus.
• Drive organization, follow-through, and accountability across meetings and commitments.
• Push back when needed and bring strong judgment to decision-making.
• Act as a trusted extension of the CEO internally and externally.
• Elevate the overall executive function with polish, discretion, and confidence.
