Job summary

SullivanCotter is seeking a Senior Consultant in our Executive Workforce Services practice to manage client engagements on compensation, governance and leadership strategy. You will lead teams, develop work plans and deliver data-driven recommendations that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will mentor junior staff, share methodologies, and help tighten project delivery. A strong background in compensation consulting and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive consulting experience with data analysis, financial modeling or compensation programs.
• Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in compensation consulting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of larger projects within budgets and timelines.
• Oversee productivity and delegation to analysts and consultants.
• Prepare work plans, presentations and client-facing reports.
• Review deliverables for technical accuracy and quality.
• Act as client liaison and build relationships for ongoing engagements.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior associates in tools and methodologies.
• Develop new templates and processes to improve productivity.
• Lead and participate in client delivery meetings.
