You will work with client teams, conduct job evaluations, develop salary structures, and deliver clear reporting and proposals. Strong Excel and presentation skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field; finance/economics exposure preferred.
• 3–5 years of analytical consulting experience with data analysis and modeling.
• Compensation consulting experience is preferred; health care knowledge a plus.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; basic programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive compensation consulting services.
• Develop, implement, and administer executive compensation programs.
• Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses and modeling.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and titles.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients clearly.
• Mentor junior associates in research, data collection, and analytics.
• Participate in client delivery meetings and establish relationships.
