Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Twelve years or more of executive compensation consulting experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; effective client communication.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for large, complex client engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Own client relationships, revenue growth, and portfolio expansion.
• Provide thought leadership on executive compensation design and governance.
