Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field, ideally finance/economics/healthcare admin.
• 1–5 years of progressive client-facing consulting experience.
• 3–5 years of analytical experience: data analysis, modeling, presentation design.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint; basic programming is a plus.
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and/or administer compensation programs.
• Serve as a market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, and financial modeling.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate levels and titles for executive roles.
• Assist with complex reports, proposals, and client deliverables.
• Mentor junior associates and review technical research and analytics.
