Job summary

SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Executive Compensation Consultant for a remote role serving clients across the United States.

You will deliver comprehensive compensation consulting, including market pricing, job evaluations, and governance insights within our Executive Workforce Services practice. The ideal candidate brings 1–5 years of consulting experience, strong data and analytics skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field, ideally with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or health care administration.
• One to five years of progressive experience directly consulting with clients
• Three to five years of related analytical experience including data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design
• Compensation consulting experience preferred
• Solid technical knowledge with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic programming experience is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and ability to tailor data analytic approaches to client requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, verbal, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of laws and regulations impacting health care clients

Responsibilities

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and administer programs
• Serve as market expert on client market compensation issues
• Conduct job evaluations and analyze roles for appropriate levels and titles
• Perform market pricing, survey analyses, and financial modeling
• Interpret data to determine compensation levels for executive positions
• Engage with clients and maintain project status and deadlines
• Support report and proposal writing describing objectives, methods, and results
• Mentor junior associates and review technical work
• Participate in client delivery meetings and establish client relationships
• Shadow project managers and keep clients informed
