Job summary

SullivanCotter is hiring for a remote role in our Executive Workforce Services Practice. The candidate will manage engagements, lead project tasks, and provide data-driven compensation expertise to health care and not-for-profit clients.

The role requires 7–10 years of compensation consulting experience, strong analytical skills, and mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. A master’s degree or professional certification is preferred, with opportunity to guide junior staff and influence client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field; finance/economics/statistics considered
• Must have compensation consulting experience
• 7–10 years of consulting/business experience with data analysis and financial modeling
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint proficiency
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality work

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large projects within budgets
• Oversee productivity and resource allocation for analysts/consultants
• Prepare work plans, presentations, and client-focused reports
• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
• Act as a client liaison and anticipate client needs
• Mentor junior team members and share methodologies
• Develop tools and templates to improve productivity
• Lead client delivery meetings and align with project goals
