SullivanCotter is seeking an experienced compensation consultant for its Executive Workforce Services Practice. The role focuses on designing and administering executive compensation programs, benchmark analyses, and client advisory services.

You will conduct market pricing, job evaluations, and data-driven analyses to align compensation with strategy and regulatory requirements, while supporting senior client teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration.
• One to five years of progressive client consulting experience.
• Three to five years of analytical experience involving data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Solid Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; basic programming appreciation.

Aufgaben

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and/or administer executive compensation programs.
• Provide subject matter expertise and serve as a market expert regarding specific client market compensation issues.
• Conduct executive job evaluations; analyze job responsibilities, activities, duties, requirements, and organizational structure and recommend internal job placement.
• Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, interpreting compensation data, financial modeling, and special research projects.
• Analyze data to determine the appropriate compensation level and job title for existing and proposed executive positions.
• Identify complex job matching and data issues and proactively consult with clients and key associates to determine the appropriate course of action.
• Effectively keep the project manager apprised of project status, including delays or potential problems.
• Assist with more complex report and proposal writing related to describing and summarizing project objectives, methodologies, analysis and results.
• Serve as a peer reviewer and mentor of technical knowledge to guide junior associates in research, data collection, and analytics.
• Participate in client delivery meetings to understand team and client initiatives.
• Establish client relationships and act as a key contact for inquiries.
• Shadow project and client relationship managers at client meetings or teleconferences.
