Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field; finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or healthcare administration preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting/business experience, including data analysis, financial modeling, program design and/or compensation program administration.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead small engagements and monitor project progress within budgets and timelines.
• Manage team productivity and delegate tasks to analysts and consultants based on skill and deadlines.
• Prepare work plans, presentations and reports addressing client needs with guidance from the client relationship manager.
• Oversee junior staff deliverables, ensuring technical accuracy, quality and timely completion.
• Act as a key client liaison, build relationships and anticipate client questions.
• Mentor junior associates on tools, processes and methodologies established by the firm.
• Develop and implement templates, processes and tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead client delivery meetings to understand client initiatives and outcomes.
