Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (finance/economics/stats/health care admin)
• One to five years of progressive experience directly consulting with clients
• Three to five years of related analytical experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design
• Compensation consulting experience preferred
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; basic programming a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, verbal, and presentation skills

Aufgaben

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and/or administer executive compensation programs
• Provide subject matter expertise and serve as a market expert regarding client compensation issues
• Conduct executive job evaluations; analyze responsibilities, activities, duties, requirements, and organizational structure; recommend internal placement
• Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, interpreting data, financial modeling, and special research projects
• Analyze data to determine compensation levels and job titles for existing and proposed executive positions
• Identify complex data issues and consult with clients to determine the appropriate course of action
• Keep the project manager apprised of status, delays, or problems and meet client deadlines
• Assist with complex report and proposal writing describing objectives, methodologies, analysis and results
• Serve as a peer reviewer and mentor to junior associates in research and analytics
• Participate in client delivery team meetings to understand initiatives and establish client relationships
• Shadow project and client relationship managers at client meetings or teleconferences
