Job summary

SullivanCotter’s Executive Workforce Services practice is seeking a senior consultant to manage engagements, lead client relationships, and oversee deliverables across compensation projects. The role requires 7–10 years in compensation consulting, expertise with Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and ability to guide junior staff while delivering high-quality analytic work for healthcare clients.

Remote role with state limitations; travel as needed to client sites and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Must have compensation consulting experience.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting experience.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, writing, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage complex client engagements and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large projects within budget and timeline.
• Oversee material development and review for technical accuracy and quality.
• Act as client liaison, building relationships and anticipating client needs.
• Guide junior associates and mentor on tools, processes and methodologies.
• Develop and implement templates and processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead client delivery team meetings to understand goals and initiatives.
