The role requires strong analytical, presentation, and client-facing skills, with opportunities to influence compensation strategy and employee benefits across client organisations. Remote-friendly with national scope.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferably with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or health care administration.
• One to five years of progressive experience directly consulting with clients.
• Three to five years of related analytical experience required involving data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic programming experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and/or administer executive compensation programs
• Provide subject matter expertise and serve as a market expert regarding client market compensation issues
• Conduct executive job evaluations; analyze job responsibilities, activities, duties, requirements, and org structure and recommend internal placement
• Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, interpreting compensation data, financial modeling, and special research projects
• Analyze data to determine appropriate compensation level and job title for executive positions, including complex roles with multiple focus areas
• Identify data issues and consult with clients to remove obstacles impeding project steps
• Keep the project manager informed on status, delays or problems; ensure deadlines met
• Assist with complex report and proposal writing describing objectives, methodologies, results
• Mentor junior associates in research, data collection, and analytics
• Participate in client delivery team meetings to understand initiatives
• Establish client relationships and act as a point of contact for inquiries
• Shadow project and client relationship managers in meetings or calls
