The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in partner compensation analysis within M&A, strong financial modeling skills, and experience in wealth management or asset management to support complex programs and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting partner compensation analysis in M&A.
• Experience with financial modeling and business case analysis.
• Experience in wealth management/financial services.
• Experience building compensation governance frameworks.
