The role demands deep expertise in compensation design, financial modeling, and integration within financial services.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of partner compensation experience in M&A, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong finance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting partner compensation analysis and integration in M&A transactions.
• Experience with financial modeling, compensation modeling, and business case analysis.
• Experience within wealth management, financial services, asset management, or related industry.
• Experience building compensation frameworks, governance processes, and tracking methodologies for complex programs.
