Job summary
Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Executive Compensation Manager Partner to lead compensation strategy, governance, and integration for newly acquired partner firms within a high-volume M&A environment.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in financial modeling, compensation modeling, and business case analysis within wealth management or financial services, plus a proven ability to build comprehensive compensation frameworks and governance processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 5+ years of partner compensation analysis and integration experience in M&A.
- Experience with financial modeling, compensation modeling and business case analysis.
- Experience in wealth management or financial services.
- Experience building compensation frameworks and governance processes for complex programs.
- Remote position; EST or MDT time zones required.
Responsibilities
- Lead compensation strategy for acquired partner firms and their governance.
- Oversee integration of compensation programs and tracking methodologies.
- Provide financial analysis to support high-volume M&A activity.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
