Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in partner compensation analysis and integration for M&A.
• Experience with financial and compensation modeling and business case analysis.
• Experience in wealth management, asset management, or related financial services industries.
• Experience building compensation frameworks, governance, and tracking for complex programs.

• Support high-volume M&A activity with compensation design and analysis.
