Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience supporting partner compensation analysis and integration activities within M&A.
Experience with financial modeling, compensation modeling, and business case analysis.
Experience within wealth management, financial services, asset management, or a related industry.
Experience building compensation frameworks, governance processes, and tracking methodologies for complex programs.

Responsibilities

Lead compensation strategy, integration, governance, and execution for newly acquired partner firms.
Support high-volume M&A activity with strong financial analysis and modeling.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement compensation frameworks and governance processes.
