SullivanCotter is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Consultant for a remote role that serves clients nationwide, including Indiana. The practice focuses on executive compensation programs, governance, and leadership strategy across health care and not-for-profit sectors.

You will conduct market pricing, job evaluations, and complex analyses, helping clients align compensation with benchmarks and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with senior teams is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or health care administration.
• 1-5 years of progressive client-facing consulting experience.
• 3-5 years of analytical experience including data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint; basic programming is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and develop/ administer programs.
• Serve as market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct market pricing, peer group analyses, and data interpretation.
• Analyze data to set executive compensation levels and job titles.
• Mentor junior associates in research, data collection, and analytics.
