SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is a leading consultancy delivering executive compensation and governance services to healthcare and not-for-profit organizations. This role supports market pricing, job evaluations, and data-driven analysis across client engagements.

You will work with clients to design and implement compensation programs, benchmarks, and pay-for-performance strategies, while developing proposals and insights for leadership teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field, ideally with finance/economics/statistics focus.
• 1–5 years of progressive client consulting experience.
• 3–5 years of analytical experience in data analysis, modeling, and presentations.
• Compensation consulting experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills; basic programming a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations relevant to clients.
• Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to tailor communications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and administer programs.
• Serve as market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct executive job evaluations and align levels/titles.
• Perform market pricing, survey analyses, and financial modeling.
• Analyze data to determine compensation levels and job titles for executives.
• Identify data issues and advise clients on action plans.
• Keep project manager informed on status and deadlines.
• Assist with complex report and proposal writing.
• Mentor junior associates in research and analytics.
• Participate in client delivery meetings and initiatives.
• Build client relationships and act as a primary contact.
• Shadow managers during client meetings as requested.
