Job summary

SullivanCotter is seeking a consultant in their Executive Workforce Services practice to provide comprehensive executive compensation consulting, market analysis, and governance support for healthcare and not-for-profit clients. The role requires strong analytic, writing, and presentation skills, with experience in Excel/PowerPoint and client-facing delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or health care administration.
• One to five years of progressive experience directly consulting with clients.
• Three to five years of related analytical experience involving data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Solid technical knowledge and experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and/or administer executive compensation programs.
• Provide subject matter expertise and serve as a market expert regarding client market compensation issues.
• Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, interpreting compensation data, financial modeling, and special research projects.
• Analyze data to determine compensation levels and job titles for executive positions, including complex roles across focus areas.
• Identify data issues and consult with clients to determine the best course of action and remove obstacles.
