Job summary

SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is hiring for an Executive Compensation Consultant to deliver comprehensive advisory services for health care and not-for-profit clients.

The role focuses on executive compensation design, market benchmarking, and governance support, with opportunities to mentor junior colleagues. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in data-driven modeling, and the ability to manage multiple client projects under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with an emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or health care administration
• One to five years of progressive experience directly consulting with clients
• Three to five years of related analytical experience required involving data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design
• Compensation consulting experience preferred
• Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic programming experience is a plus
• Strong critical thinking skills for data analysis and modeling
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, verbal, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and/or administer executive compensation programs
• Provide subject matter expertise and serve as a market expert regarding client market compensation issues
• Conduct executive job evaluations; analyze job responsibilities, activities, duties, requirements, and organizational structure and recommend internal job placement in the appropriate level and title
• Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, interpreting compensation data, financial modeling, and special research projects
• Analyze data to determine the appropriate compensation level and job title for existing and proposed executive positions
• Identify complex job matching and data issues and consult with clients to determine actions
• Keep the project manager apprised of status and deadlines
• Assist with complex report and proposal writing describing objectives, methodologies, analyses and results
• Mentor junior associates in research, data collection, and analytics
• Participate in client delivery meetings to understand initiatives
• Establish client relationships as a point of contact
• Shadow project and client relationship managers as requested
