Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Community Growth Associate to drive growth within member companies by connecting with senior decision-makers and coordinating peer-driven conversations. You will map accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and book qualified conversations, partnering with the Director of Community Growth and Membership Directors.

You will carry clear monthly goals, maintain knowledge of Assemble's communities, and collaborate cross-functionally to refine outreach strategies and achieve

Qualifications

• Curious, detail-oriented, organized and commercially minded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with senior executives.
• Ability to manage KPIs and CRM records in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth or outreach goals.

Responsibilities

• Connect with senior decision-makers and bring the right people to the table for peer-driven conversations.
• Research and map member accounts to identify opportunities and engage new executives.
• Schedule qualified conversations and ensure context is clear for hand-off to the Growth team.
• Maintain knowledge of Assemble's communities, Boards, Councils and summits.
• Work cross-functionally on projects and strategy to drive account growth.
• Refine targeting and outreach playbooks using CRM data and member feedback.
• Meet monthly and quarterly outreach and expansion goals.
